Stall Delivery
“You’ll coordinate the middle piece.”

Practice hard conversations before they happen. SNAXE gives you short, realistic scenarios to help you stay calm, set boundaries and answer clearly.
A 60-second preview
This is a real Lesson from the app—“Stall Delivery”, the fourth Lesson of Chapter 1. A five-second stall with a purpose and a next step buys you clarity without adding heat or losing ground.
“You’ll coordinate the middle piece.”
Mark, on the kickoff call. No deliverable, no format, no deadline—and he is already onto the next slide. How it works
One loop, repeated: read the pattern, run the matched move, keep what works. Ten to twelve minutes a day.
Each chapter is one workplace scene with the same recurring people—a kickoff that turns into pressure, a hallway critique, a favor with an invoice attached. You get the brief before you act.
Fifteen to twenty seconds per decision. You produce the response—choose the line, sort the signal fast, or write your own reply—while the moment still has pressure in it.
Every option comes back with what it actually does—why the clean line lands, and why the hedged or hot one invites dismissal. Feedback on the choice, not just a score.
Each Lesson closes with a debrief and three or four patterns short enough to reach for in the next meeting. “Five seconds max, no hedging.” “Name an artifact or a timebox.”
Behavior you can observe, moves you can rehearse. SNAXE trains you to tell blunt-under-pressure from bad faith, and to run the response that fits—not to diagnose the person across the table.
The hardest part of work
SNAXE focuses on behavior you can observe and responses you can practice—not labels or amateur diagnosis.
Stay in the conversation without becoming defensive.
Protect your contribution without turning the room into a fight.
Say no with enough context and no unnecessary apology.
Slow the exchange down and answer the issue, not the heat.
The moment behind the practice
Some work moments stay with you long after the meeting ends.
“I didn’t need the perfect comeback. I needed one sentence I could actually say without shrinking or starting a fight. Practising it once made the real conversation feel possible.”
Not another advice feed
Reading a good sentence is not the same as producing it when everyone is looking at you. SNAXE uses choice, consequence, feedback and repetition to make workplace communication active.
A message from the founders
Every one of us has walked out of a meeting replaying the sentence we should have said. That gap—knowing what you meant, and not finding the words while it mattered—is the whole reason this app exists.
Meet the whole team
Serious learning, honestly stated
SNAXE is built at the intersection of leadership, learning and technology. We focus on observable behavior, practical responses and clear limits on what an app can do.
Notice a difficult moment, choose a response, see the trade-off and try again. The method is active by design; it is not a promise of a clinical outcome.
We practice interruption, dismissal, pressure and boundary-setting. We do not diagnose your manager or reduce a person to a label.
Harassment, discrimination, violence and unsafe work may require documentation, organizational action, legal advice or professional support.
The people behind SNAXE
Before you start
It is an educational skills-practice app built with interactive scenarios, choices, progress and game mechanics. The game layer makes practice easier to begin; the goal is a response you can use at work.
No. SNAXE is educational communication practice. It does not diagnose people, provide therapy or replace qualified help.
A better sentence is not always enough. Serious harassment, discrimination, violence or legal issues may require documentation, HR or representative support, legal advice, emergency help or leaving the situation.
SNAXE is free to download on iPhone, iPad and Android. The current learning experience is in English.
